Iron Chandelier

Chandelier arm is bent. How does one fix it?

The arm seems to be made of metal or iron and got bent by a freak accident. Tried to bent it back with pliers and that did not work very well. Who do you call to repair this kind of thing?

Get to strong guys and bet them a case of beer they can't bend it back into shape. If they both put work gloves on they should be able to bend it back by hand.
