Adjustable/Electric bed repair (in North East England)?

My Grans adjustable/electric bed broke yesterday. She relies on it so we need it fixing asap. We've tried finding someone to repair it but we can't seem to find anyone that can do this in the North East of England (County Durham). Does anyone know of anywhere that offers this service? The bed was bought from a catalogue and it's not covered for repair through them. Thanks.

There's a unit in Morton park, Darlington, behind Morrison's that has disability products, they might be able to help you find a service engineer. There's one near Newton Aycliffe too but I can't remember quite where. Also you could try Durham County Council, they might be able to tell you who services their equipment, or try Help the Aged/Age Concern in your local town. Also if you can contact an occupational therapist connected to your Grans doctor, they might be able to point you in the right direction.
