Where do i buy a metal nameplate for a picture?

I'm putting together a picture for a family member from a reunion, years ago. I bought a frame already, and the picture is ready, but for the final touch i want to add a little plate, or plaque with maybe a sentence or two on it. Like the kinds on those sports memorabilia pictures sold at the mall. I have no clue where to look for this to have it made. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance
