What can I do to keep bugs out of my room?

Stinkbugs and spiders. The spiders I don't mind as much.. or the mosquito hawks. My room is a refurnished attic so the bugs love it. The stinkbugs cluster on my walls behind tapestry and other things hanging. They are all over my windows and fly around buzzing and landing on me and being annoying as hell.

They stink so I catch them and throw them outside. I cleared out a good 50+ two days ago. Now I'm estimating them to be back up to about 20.

I could keep my window and door closed, but people open them and I like to air out my room. They leave the house open because the bugs don't stay on the bottom floor.

Either way I want to know what bugs don't like so that they will stay away even if I leave everything open.. but I don't like toxic things, but I don't know.

Stink bugs are attracted to light and warmth making homes very attractive to them.

Closing your doors and windows can keep them from coming in but if you like to air out the room, I suggest having insect screens on. Other than your windows and door, check for other possible entry for the stink bugs. Seal any cracks, crevices and holes you find.

Use a vacuum to capture those that are already inside the house. Once all of them are sucked off, seal the bag and throw it somewhere far.

You can also use insecticide outside your home.

But if the problem is really bad, then consider calling a certified pest controller.
